Kit Production Lead

Position Overview
Group O is searching for an internal candidate for a Production Lead to oversee its kitting and filling operations at its Supply Chain Solutions division. This position is open to internal candidates only. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: •Maintain a safe, clean work environment •Suggest ways to improve processes or quality •Practice and promote standard work •Motivate employees to work proficiently •Develop a team culture •Demonstrate and promote positive attitude •Plan work to utilize resources efficiently •Support and promote GPS •Follow supervisor instructions and support management decisions •Keep supervisor informed of relevant work issues •Navision transaction accuracy •Learn Kronos application Requirements: •Good communication skills (verbal and written) •Relates well with other employees and supervisors •Good organizational and analytical skills •Excellent work attitude •Great problem solving skills •Excellent attendance – very dependable •Accuracy of duties in assigned department. •Demonstrated ability to follow work instructions •Prior experience as auditor helpful •Familiarization with Navision helpful Physical Demands: •Ability to lift 50 pounds •Bending, standing, walking and lifting for extended periods of time •Working overtime when required Hours: 7am-3:30pm Education: High school diploma or equivalent, Associate’s degree or better preferred.
