Scheduler


Position Overview
Group O’s Supply Chain Solutions division has an immediate opening for a Scheduler. Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to: •Coordinate and manage customer purchase orders and shipping schedules in a fast paced environment. •Work directly with customers to ensure “on time” shipments. •Daily communication with customers on shipping schedules, expediting, and any shipping discrepancies. •Provide exceptional customer service to multiple customers and maintain strong customer relationships. •Responsible for inter-company and intra-company communication. •Communicate with Purchasing and Expediting on material availability for shortages on past due and future schedules. •Review and maintain inbound EDI PO files. Requirements: •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. •Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities. •Positive attitude; willingness and aptitude to learn •Flexible and able to work in a Team environment. •Strong Customer Service skills. •Ability to follow work instructions and procedures. •Excellent written and verbal communication skills. •Proficiency with MS Office applications. •Self-motivated. •Experience in SRF scheduling management systems a plus. Education: High School Diploma
