Program Manager

Position Overview
Group O Marketing Solutions has an immediate opening for a Program Manager. We are looking for a positive, outgoing, forward thinking individual who wants to join a high-energy, fast paced team! The successful candidate will manage existing Client programs, possess inventory management experience and will ensure timely management of client deliverables and requests. The candidate will also be responsible for program reporting, leading meetings both internally and externally and providing presentation content to Group O leadership. Specific duties include, but are not limited to: •Managing customer programs, with inventory experience a plus •Problem solving and communicating with multiple departments. •Ensuring timely management of client data and requests, and maintaining program reports. •Maintaining program forecasts and specifications. •Leading meetings both internally and externally. Experience Required: •Previous marketing agency experience preferred. •The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. •Excellent written and verbal communication skills. •Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills a must, and experience in Navision preferred. •Project Management experience preferred. •Customer-oriented focus and attitude. •Minimum of two years proven Program Management experience, or equivalent. Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or equivalent work experience.
