Group O’s Marketing Solutions division is seeking a Quality Analyst to be responsible for the identification, implementation, and monitoring of Division quality standards. Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
•Collection, retrieval and analysis of internal, departmental quality metrics data.
•Identification of performance gaps, along with their root causes and barriers to successful resolution of said performance gaps.
•Research, analysis, and implementation of procedures or formal project methodologies related to software development, software testing, and software product evaluation.
•Research, analysis, and implementation of initiatives related to data quality, to include business intelligence and data auditing strategies.
•Research, analysis, and implementation of initiatives related to business process redesign and workflow optimization.
•Development and analysis of content and document management strategies designed to maintain quality standards.
•Development of reports communicating quality related analyses, possible supplemented with statistical algorithms and statistical analysis.
•Identification of best practices and difference between best practices and current company procedures, presentation of gap analysis to incorporate best practices.
•Minimum 2 year's experience in a similar role.
•Ability to create scripting and run advanced queries within SQL, i.e., using functions such as SUM, COUNT, CASE statements.
•Above-average computer skills, as demonstrated in previous job experience; proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
•Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
•Strong written and verbal communication skills.
•Attention to detail and adherence to aggressive deadlines.
•Ability to solve problems.
•Ability to attain Group O Internal ISO Auditor Certification
Education: Associate Degree or equivalent experience. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
