Client Support Specialist

Position Overview
Group O’s Supply Chain Solutions division has an immediate opening for a Client Support Specialist. Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to: • Coordinate and manage customer purchase orders and shipping schedules in a fast paced environment. • Work directly with customers to ensure “on time” shipments. • Daily communication with customers on shipping schedules, expediting, and any shipping discrepancies. • Provide exceptional customer support to multiple customers and maintain strong customer relationships. • Responsible for inter-company and intra-company communication. • Communicate with Purchasing and Expediting on material availability for shortages on past due and future schedules. • Review and maintain inbound EDI PO files. Requirements: The following are required for consideration: • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities. • Positive attitude; willingness and aptitude to learn • Flexible and able to work in a Team environment. • Strong Customer Service skills. • Ability to follow work instructions and procedures. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Proficiency with MS Office applications. • Self-motivated. Education: High School Diploma
