Position Overview
Description: Group O has an immediate opening for a Recruiter. The Recruiter is responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting success throughout the organization. Responsibilities include: •Building networks •Post openings in a variety of online job boards •Attend local professional meetings, career fairs, & other community events •Create & update open positions & facilitate approval process with hiring managers •Review applicants for position requirements •Conduct & schedule interviews and extend employment offers •Maintain all pertinent data in Group O’s HRIS •Submit background checks & schedule drug screens •Develop partnerships inside & outside of HR •New employee orientations; other HR training programs Requirements: •BA in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent combination of education & experience •2+ years recruiting experience with at least 1 year high volume sourcing/recruiting experience •Previous experience recruiting all levels of employees. •Strong computer skills & ability to utilize HRIS system •Must be able to meet multiple deadlines •Knowledge of employment laws & practices •Excellent verbal, written & presentation skills •Ability to assess candidates & make critical decisions •Exceptional interpersonal & networking skills •Strong organizational & time-management skills •Internet & tech savvy •Ability to work independently & be self-directed •Must be able to work on sensitive issues with discretion & a high level of commitment to confidentiality Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
