Program Manager

Position Overview
Group O Marketing Solutions has an immediate opening for a Call Center Program Manager. This position is primarily responsible for managing projects in their entirety for existing client business and developing new business within the existing client base. As a Program Manager, you will responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with clients and the implementation team. Specific duties include, but are not limited to: - Managing customer programs from conception to completion. - Problem solving and communicating with multiple departments. - Ensuring timely import/export of client data. - Updating and posting reports. - Maintaining/updating program forecasts and spec sheets. - Leading weekly meetings both internally and externally. Experience Required: - Previous project management experience preferred. - The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Advanced in MS Office Suite. - Customer-oriented focus and attitude. - Minimum of one year proven Program Management experience or equivalent. -Call Center Project Management -Call Center Sales -Inventory Management -Pre-paid Card Program Management -Loyalty Marketing Program Management -Project or Program Management Training would be a plus Education: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or equivalent work experience.
